Well I had surgery on my birthday January 29th. It has been a hard recovery so far. I have been in ER for anxiety attack and dehydration. Pretty scary. I am having a hard time finding protien because of my celiacs ( which means no gluten soy or dairy). I wake up every morning nausea, is that normal 13 days out?
Does anyone else have celiacs who can help or she'd some light? Tomm I start stage 3 which is pureed food. I'm excited about tuna. Lol !! I guess I need some encouragement that it gets better and nausea goes away.
