wondering along those lines if anyone has a favorite unflavored protein powder to add to things for an additional boost

Use myfitness pal and log all your shakes and food. Also use a good whey isolate like Unjury or premier protein is descent. Add unflavored protein powder to your mushy foods. You are only 1 week post op...You are doing great! FYI, hair loss doesn't usually start until about 6 months post op. It's temporary hair loss!! Congrats and Best wishes!

Get Premier Protein shakes. They are 30 grams each of protein

Im 1 week post op and on full liquids as of today. I hit 66 protein but need to get some unflavored too. Good job!

It takes me a whole day just to drink one protein shake. I feel so behind with getting my fluids in but I'm not dehydrated either. Am I not taking be enough sips or what. My desire to eat or drink is pretty much gone.
