Saw my Dr. On Friday and I have two things left before I can schedule

He wants me to lose 10 pounds and I have to complete a sleep study ( scheduled for 2/16/15). As soon as both are complete we can schedule my surgery. Starting tomorrow I am doing low carb and meal replacement shakes. I know if I stay focused I can lose 10 pounds by the time I have the sleep study. FYI I also had to quit smoking which I did the end of November. Thankfully when I weighed in on Friday I had not gained any weight since quitting:) I thought for sure I had put on 3-5 pounds. I hope to have the surgery the last week of February! Did anyone else have difficulties with their pre-op weight loss requirement?

@@Debbie Jean ... I know right?? Something was going on with the site today. It was so slow I thought mine didn't post then it was everywhere...lol..

I will be interested to see what my outcome is bec the hubby has been telling me for some time now that I needed to get checked. I see you have already lost 33#'s so you are off to a great start. Good luck on your journey!
