Ok, not stomach hungry. I'm full of liquids, though I'm struggling to get in the 100 gms per day my surgeon recommends. I'm varying my intake with things on my list--Protein shakes, Jello, sugar free pudding and yogurt, broth, even 4oz a day of V8, which is my favorite. But my mouth is craving real food. I'm not a sweets person in general, I like protein and complex carbs, and I'm just so un satisfied. I'm dreaming about food, I would give my right arm for a piece of cheese. My surgeon recommends no carbs for a year, I can live with that I think, but I want to eat something real!
I've read so much about people who feel n hunger at all. While my pouch feels full, I wouldn't describe this as "no hunger". Any suggestions?
