reinvented - new procedure, new name!

Hi everyone!

I've been around the boards for 2 years now as a lapbander and lurker. I had many issues with my band and finally made the jump to take it out. I had a revision to gastric bypass almost 2 weeks ago. I'm looking forward to a new beginning! Thanks for reading :)

    Congratulations on your revision. From what I know, a friend told me, the gastric bypass works faster. Welcome to the group, a lot of good information here.

    I have a similar story. I've had my band taken out and will have my RNY surgery this coming Wednesday. I'm wishing I could fast forward through to a month from now and be post recovery. Good luck!
