Psych Eval -- kind of a silly question

Hi all!

So, I have my psychological evaluation today and I'm not nervous, but I am curious as to what will be discussed. I'm assuming she'll want to know why I want to have the surgery and why I feel I haven't been successful in the past. What else do they want to know?

They asked about your support or lack of support system. Your relationship with food. How you became obese (lifetime or over a period of time). We talked about the importance of dealing with your emotional issues once "eating" is no longer the go to. She told me I was qualified at the end of the session. Good luck!

I also think based on your answers they provide a lot of good ideas on how to handle some of your issues.
