Houston area buddies/mentors...

Hi! I had my bypass surgery on 1/31/14 and I am feeling better now and ready to get this weight loss jump started!!! :)

I'm in Pearland and was wondering if there were some of you in the Greater Houston area that were looking for some weight loss buddies and what not?

Heck, even if you aren't in the area I'd love long distance buddies too. The more the merrier!!

Hi there...would like a support buddy too...I am originally from Corpus Christi but have been moving around the states because of my husband. As of right now We live in Corsicana, Tx but soon to move to Houston off of 290 freeway close to Willowbrook Mall. I had my surgery done in Ohio on September 9, 2013 and have had 4 stalls. At one time I gained ten pounds. But I am back to losing weight again by giving up on sugar and calories. My doctror told me just to lose 80% of my weight which is 200 lbs. But I want to get down to 180 lbs. So the sooner we move to Houston the better I can start to lose more pounds.

Also looking for surgery buddies. I'm scheduled for surgery 2/16/2015 it's been a long road. I'm located west of houston. Surgery is in Willowbrook area, i stay in wallis texas which is in between I-10 and 59 toward katy area. I have no family in Texas so looking for good support network
