Is there ANY chance i'll end up in a bikini at the end of this?

Listen. Before you judge, hear me out: I know the reasons I'm doing this, and they are for my health, and physical and emotional wellness. I am doing this to change my life, but moreover change my lifestyle. I WANT to incorporate working out in my routine for...ever! I want to eat healthy. I WANT these things-- it's not idealistic, they are actual, tangible goals to me. I understand that sagging is something I should expect, and I realize that. I'm 25, 235 lbs and 5'4", which leaves me right at the 40 BMI. I truly want to do everything I can to get my body in the best condition possible. Yes, aesthetics is a part of this. Is it all of it, or even most of it? No.

I'm just curious if without plastic surgery/tummy tucks, etc. I can ever expect (by the sleeve or bypass, working out and eating healthy) if I can ever realistically expect to be in a bikini.

Ok. GO!

ALSO-- does anyone have any after pictures of sagginess? Please! I am so greatful for any and all of your comments!
