ok so like i know im not hungry but its just the smell

12days post opp an 15pds down.... the smell of food kinda drives me all these holidays an being around food or cooking for my kids like i smell it... a part of me only wants what i smell but i know im not hungry.... no i havent taken not even a bite yet only drinking protein..... its just getting used 2 this alll the smells of foods an noticing im truly not having cravings unless i smell it..... the protein keeps me full but the smell makes me mentaly thank man that smells like it would taste good.....atleast the cravings r gone... inbetween the smells.... its just those smells drive me crazy some..... but i know im not hungery

i've always been amazed, felt bad for people that have to cook for their kids/hubby/parents etc

or just be around the food

it can be hard enough to watch what you eat

but to have all "those" other foods/smells around

that must be terrible!!!

thats great you haven't had any foods you are cooking for family

resisted temptation

it wouldn't "kill" anyone else to try and eat some of the "normal" food you make

you don't' have to tell them its "good"/healthy for them to eat ;)

i have seen on the board that spouses/ family etc will help/support sleever by eating what they cook

surprise, surprise - in the meantime OP loses weight too!!
