New, having Gastric Bypass surgery on 01/29/15

Hi,

My name is Sandy I am currently scheduled to have my surgery on 01/29 and am very nervous. Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you.

It's a hell of a ride. Look, there's really nothing we can say to prepare you for your personal experience. Just remember why you are doing it. I recorded videos of myself reminding me why I had the surgery so I can watch it for encouragement afterward. And, it helps. Nothing could have prepared me for the first month. It was rough. But if I did it, anyone can :) you will do great. Just stay focused.

Good luck will be thinking of you ! I'm not having mine til march 23 rd !
