Snacks?

I always want to snack. So I do sliced ham cheese and I just want some new items. Any suggestions

I really want something that I can grab like a bar or something I don't need to cook haha.

If you are really creative you can make your won Protein bar and balls. Just google for recipes. I did it once. They came out pretty okay but it ended up being more than I could eat.

I keep an emergency bar in my glove compartment. I like snacking on things like apple slices with almond butter, cheese sticks, nut (almond or cashew), oranges or sometime even a ice cup of hot chocolate will settle me.

The p3 snacks are also good. They have a small meat, cheese, and nuts. I get mine at Walmart by the lunchables....

If you are what you eat, I'd turn into a big beef jerky. It's a little expensive (cheaper at Walmart though) but it's my favorite high Protein snack. It's salty so it takes away my craving for things like chips, it takes a long time to eat and helps me get my fluids.

Cottage cheese

beef jerky

all the things mentioned above.... dang, now I feel hungry!
