Lap band fill

So I got a lap band fill on Tuesday the 23rd, it's been well over a year and half since last one and every turn I get one I barely get like 1/4 cc cuz I'm super sensitive. Well I got 1/2 a cc and I just don't know. I wake up at nite coughing and I seem to do fine in day with fluids but I'm barely drinking anything im so scared. And since its a holiday weekend I have to wait till Monday. I don't care if I don't eat but it's the fluid intake that worries me. And coughing anytime I lay down but I don't feel tight! Any info will help

I have the same problem. I am not getting much sleep as I am also being sick with the coughing. I am not sure when I can contact my doctor. so I would be interested to hear what your doctor says. I have been banded for 4 years and not had this problem before. Hope you get sorted quickly

Are you eating/drinking close to bedtime?

I had similar issues once, also bad reflux in the middle of the night.

I make it a point never to eat anything after dinner, and not to drink anything but water.

Digestive system works best when we are upright, (preferably moving/walking) not prone or supine, and the band only compounds it.

No I was too tight! I was able to page my doctor and meet her at her office and I'm soooo relieved! I can actually drink and eat. I couldn't even tolerate a Popsicle last Nite. Well worth the two hour drive
