FitBit One stopped syncing to iPhone

Has anyone had their FitBit One stop syncing to their iPhone? I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turned my phone off and on, and it just keeps "looking" but doesn't find the FitBit.

    I do. I just use it for steps mostly, but it's a good reminder to keep moving.

    This happened to me, and rebooting the fitbit fixed it. I have a flex and the method for rebooting was not intuitive, so I'd google to see how to reboot a fitbit one. Good luck!

    I had that and I contacted the fitbit people and they are sending me a new one the company is a great one they back there products I love my fitbit
