Yet to get to the green mode

Ok I got a fill over a week ago and while I am not having issues with eating I do have problems with drinking, One time in the past it was filled too much where I could not even swallow Water without throwing up, so I am confused right now. Only things I have eaten are eggs/fish and things of that nature and like eating 1 egg filled me up. But when drinking, I am uncomfortable, I am not sure if its because in the past I could always guzzle water with no problem, and now I can only take one drink. Another question I have is when I do drink I get a pain in my left back area????? I have tried to read up since its been awhile since I had a fill, I am somewhat uncomfortable but if this is normal I want to continue to work on this.

I am going through the same thing. I figured out if I sip Water I am usually okay. I can't eat more than three small bites every 4 hours so I rely heavily on drinking water and I can normally get in one Protein shake, but it takes me all day to sip on it. Gone are the days of guzzling water. It's small sips constantly throughout the day.

Hope you feel better!

thank you for your post, I am on week two and yes realizing that sipping is a must, I too still can only eat like one egg or around 1/2 cup, but staying full. I think the other pain was just not eating much so things were...lets just say sticking around.
