fabulous low-carb Crème brûlée

  • Popular Post
http://eat-drink-love.com/2012/01/low-carb-creme-brulee/ , a lot of people where asking about deserts that would be ok to eat. I forgot about this one and I don't know how I did because it's one of my FAVORITES so here ya go! It is insainly good! The only problem I ever have is waiting for it to chill, I always end up eating it slightly warm. Delicious warm custard! It's a win win either way! Plus I add a little extra vanilla. Enjoy!! Disclaimer: it's low carb, 0 sugar not low fat! You are using heavy cream...that's fat!

You can post it under Food and Nutrition - Recipe Sharing

@@kimpossible67 Yea it can be but it makes so many little servings you could probably cut the list in half. I haven't made it since my surgery but I did when I was doing low carb Atkins back in the day. It's fantastic and eventually I will make it again once I'm farther down this road. I have gone 6 weeks without any type of "sweets" at all. I want my body use to not having a desert type food.
