Surgery Next Week!

I am having my surgery 12/12/14. I am so excited but also nervous. I know everyone is different but I'm worried about having a lot of excess skin. I need to lose 160lbs. Does anyone have any advice about this? Is this something everyone has issues with after surgery?

I would say if you are going to try to lose 160 lbs then yes you will probably defiantly have lose skin. I don't see any possible way to avoid it BUT on the bright side if you do lose that much you will be so much healthier it shouldn't even matter...if you can't stand it plastic surgery is always an option! Good luck to you!
