Went to the gym the day before and the day after Thanksgiving...... Had to work off all of that alcohol I drank......I mean, food I ate!!!!!!! LOL.
Did not worry or fret about what to eat, what not to eat, should I have this, should I not have this. Living the banded life during the holidays for the second year....... No more dieting mentality for this old girl!!!!!!!
