Can't Wait to Get the Band Out

Spent another night with no sleep ... broccoli from dinner got stuck and just aggravated the band. Had pain and acid reflux all night. The band is still tight this morning, barely able to get coffee down. I haven't had any Fluid in my band since June and this keeps happening. I can't wait until they remove it on the 25th!

During the 2 weeks - how were you feeling?

The first few days were rough I wont lie- mainly gas pains and muscle aches- but by day 4 I was off pain meds except for children's tylenol and up cleaning my house. By 1 week post-op I was driving and grocery shopping.

Good to know. My son will be studying abroad and i have a friend taking my dog for a few days. i planned on 4 days - 2 while in the hospital and the first 2 days I come home. I'm hoping by day 5 I'll be ok enough to take care of the dog. Shes puppy pad trained so it's not a huge deal if I cant walk her

Keeping my fingers crossed - paperwork is being submitted today!!
