I am so surprised I don't see these mentioned more in these threads! I have been buying these for a couple of years now, even before surgery when I would do my low carb thing. They are my "go to" for a quick snack or even for lunch or dinner with some tuna salad, egg salad, etc...they are DELICIOUS, and although some may worry about the carb content, like you said, there's NO WAY I can eat a whole serving! Usually half a serving, so about 10 or so grams of carbs. No worries!

They call a serving 13 crackers/crisps... OMG I couldn't eat 13 if I tried.. anyway 13 crackers is 22 carbs /2 grams Fiber. So that is about 1.5 carbs per cracker. Yeah, but this is a snack not a meal... and 0 sugar, so I think they are the best crunchy cracker thing I have found... better than pretzels/chips/ritz.... you know.

thanks! I'm gonna hold of getting them til after surgery. .I would eat way more than a serving now lol...i forget that won't happen later :)

I eat a lot of SF popsicles. I especially like the tropical ones. Power Crunch bars are my go to Protein Bars of choice. I like the Peanut Butter fudge the best and also berry, and chocolate Mint. I also like Philadelphia low fat cream cheese and chive spread on Multigrain Wheat thins. I've tried to stay away from breads, but the dietician wants me to get in some grains and fiber so this is my go to choice.

I like power crunch cause they are pretty low in carbs and taste good but they are messy much messier than think thin and Premier Protein crisp bars. Peanut butter, choco mint also wild berry are deeeelish

I add chocolate Protein powder (or whatever flavor) to my Decaf coffee. To keep it from clumping I mix once scoop with about 2 oz. of soy milk in my Ninja the night before then pour it into my Keurig coffee in the morning. It's how I start everyday now!

I've tried the cookie dough Oreos and they're not NEARLY as good as they sound. They taste like butter and leave a weird texture on the roof of your mouth. Ick!

Step AWAY from the Oreos!

Lol...okay I have no issue with anyone eating one (or two) seriously... But if the entered my house I would have a very hard time only eating one (or two). I would eat one (or two) a couple times a day till they were all gone!

I admire those of you who can do that!

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
