I really hope that someone can help me. I am currently attempting to acquire all of the information that should be submitted to my insurance company to strengthen my case for why they should cover my gastric sleeve. So far so good, but I'm having trouble with finding proof that I was on weight watchers for quite some time throughout my life. I recently closed the bank account that I was autopaying WW from and I'm not sure what else I can offer up as proof, because I am no longer a WW member. Does anyone know what I can do about this?

You can go to weight watchers near you and ask for your information showing you went there they keep it under your last name

You can also call Weight Watchers directly. I called them to get my history and they emailed it to me the same day.

And you can go to your old bank and ask for copies of back statements that would show your auto-pay. They may charge for them, but hopefully not very much.

You can call the customer service number and they can email you all your dates and weights from when you were a member. I had to do the same thing.

@@Samantha&Sunshine I had to do this exact same thing -- I went to my local Center, they sent me to Corporate WW (look on their website for contact info) and they told me that they don't keep records if you didn't reach Lifetime membership. So for my surgeon's package of info, I gave them my best guess, told them what WW said, and offered to sign a notarized statement that I did, in fact, do WW "x" times, "x" approx dates, "x" approx weight loss. They haven't asked me to do that (yet), but that's my story - hope that's helpful! Good luck!
