  2. You will be okay. Sending lots of prayers. Mine is tomorrow.
  3. You can call the customer service number and they can email you all your dates and weights from when you were a member. I had to do the same thing.

  5. Vitamin Water zero helps me through the day when i feel sluggish.
  6. I tried all flavors didn't like them much. So i stuck with the vanilla since it was the best to me out of all of them. I can't wait for when I don't have to drink that brand anymore. I just keep telling myself its a yummy milkshake lol
  7. I will be having my sleeve done on the14th.
  8. Ask your doctor about the sleeve with SIPS. You can lose more weight with just the the sleeve but its not as drastic as the bypass.

  10. If you need a CPAP machine just bring it with you to the hospital. I was told if you don't have it and need one the hospital will charge you over 1,200 bucks for it. I use mine every night and feel so much better.
  11. I have the same fear. I too am a single mom with a 4 year old son who is attached to me hip. I think of him everyday and I even made a will just in cause something does happen. That was so hard for me to think about leaving him behind without me. But then I think how hard it was for me watching my grandmother in a hospital bed after a stroke. And passing away not being able to talk or regonize her family. I don't want my son seeing me in a hospital bed because I didn't try to stop my complications from my weight. You must be couragous for him so you can have fun and run around with your boy without getting tired and out of breath.
  12. On my pre-op diet, and I am supose to have 5 shakes a day. How much is one serving? The directions of the package is not very good. This morning I put one scoop with 20oz of water (20g of protien). I want to make sure I get the right amount.

  18. So I did it. I made it through the fair without eating anything. All I did was just drink water. Everything smelled so good but I just kept telling myself that next year I will be thinner and will be able to ride more rides with my son. I wont have that excuse I am to big to fit on the ride.
  19. On my pre-op diet. Does anyone else find themselves sleepy by the end of the day? I take all my vitamines, and use my cpap machine every night, but by the end of the day specially at work I find myself dragging. When I feel this I get up and for a walk/streach and get some ice cold water.
  20. So my son want to go to the state fair. This is the last week for it. My surgery date is Nov. 14th, and I started my pre-op diet of protien shakes, bars, soup, and lots of water last week. Would it be hurtful is I got one thing to eat while at the fair (preferably the onion blossom) or should I just stay away from the food competely? I already gave away my chocolate popcorn I ordered from my son's fundraiser. There is a lot of walking too at the fair. I should probably just stay away right?
