    @@heynowkc oh ok I am at the office now :-) I didn't get the soup so I was told light soup was ok I just confirmed it again with a dif dietician to make sure LoL I have lost 6lbs on pre-op and 18lb with thin the 6 month diet ..................so I am doing great

    @@heynowkc So did you call and confirm that the light soup was ok. It was def a life saver for me LoL I didn't even get the soup from the office they were out so I got 4 bags of powder

    @@kimdlawson06 It sounds about right I have BCBS Fed to and I had to pay $355.00 for the anesthesia when I had my EDG done to I was piss My insurance company told me that my actually Dr was in network but the anesthetic Dr wasn't so

    I've been ranting about Pre-op too so don't feel bad I want to bite my arm LoL I arrived at work yesterday to cookies close to my office (I think its time to send out a mass email please don't sit unhealthy foods near me LoL

    Let me know what they say I am not able to make the classes, however I am going to start requesting leave in advance to leave work early to make some of the class I think it may be very helpful

    Yes call at least with the light soup you can choose more the one flavor. I stocked up over they weekend FYI: day 1 liquid diet and I feel like I am dying (LOL) already if you have any suggestion or was to get thru this please share I am so hungry ............I had a shake this morning already
