  2. that can be from drinking too much at once and/or gas. I still have that feeling also, sucks but my friend is 2 weeks post op and she was just able to get rid of the gas.
  3. Same here, I've been told 48oz for women 60 oz for men. I have only been able to do 2 protein shakes a day totaling 16 oz and an additional 16oz of clear liquids. Its night 3 home and I've had 32 oz total for my highest. Its hard but we can do this!
  4. @@Okie_RN honestly I felt the same way when I got home. It was hard but I found a way to accommodate myself. In order to get up I have the back of my dining room chairs facing me next to my bed so I can use it to pull myself when getting up. There's a large spring water on it to hold it down. Its working very well. Get some rest, walk around for 10 minutes every hour and you're going to do great! Keep us posted. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
  5. its a craving lol you just made me laugh. And its hard to laugh hahaha. How are you doing tonight? Any better?
  6. I'm required 50fl oz for the day and can only fit 24oz also. I'd say start earlier, its the only thing we can do. Good luck, keep us posted.
  7. hope you're recovering well!! I'm home and starting to feel like myself again. I'm suppose to have 50oz of fluids and can only manage to have 24oz but I'm trying my best!,other than that all is very well and I'm sure you'll be also!
