What was your most recent NSV? (non-scale victory)

A couple of time I've put something between my legs to hold and it fell through.

This morning I filled about 3 large trash bags with clothing (about 60 pieces) and donated them to Goodwill. Nothing fit anymore! It felt really good to make the donation!

I need to do laundry today so I put on an old pair of sweats to wear to the gym. These things are darn near falling off me. Going to wash my new gym wear now.

I know I already posted today but today is a 2 NSV day! I ordered a sweater in XL (in July it was either 2xl or 3xl). The victory is that the XL was too big! I had to exchange it for a large! This is the first time I purchased clothing from not from the plus size department! It felt really good to make the purchase!!

I bought a pair of size 10 skinny leg cords in grey today, thinking that I should be able to fit into them around News Years. Got home and decide to try them on too see how far I had to go...... They fit and I didn't even have to do the jump juggle and suck things in to zip them up. Totally HAPPY!

Well, in addition to a scale victory of kicking another nine pounds to the curb this week, I have lost somewhere in the neighborhood of three inches off my waist and hips, AND I bought pants at a store that doesn't cater to plus sizes!!!!

11 months out, 110 lbs down. I wore a designer Badgley Mischka dress to a formal event - floor length black sequins and won "The Butterfly Award" at a banquet for the dance studio I go to.

Just today a car parked really close to my car and I was able to squeeze in anyway. Never would have happened before! I would have had to climb through the passenger seat.

NSV today was I went to the gym and first did about 30 minutes on the treadmill (about 3.8 mph) then straight to 1 hour of cardio core bootcamp - Intense workout! The NSV was that yes, I was huffing and puffing but only for a few seconds, I recovered really quickly. I remember walking up 3 flights of stairs 4 months ago and I was out a breath for 5 minutes.

What a difference!!!

I was on the plane to Florida and sitting in the window seat. Needed to get past two people to get to the bathroom and both of them just tucked in their legs and I got past them! Neither of them had to get up. Imagine that huh?

My granddaughter got Baptized yesterday. I NEVER look forward to dressing up. I think stockings should be outlawed. Mine were easy to get into, loose but held tummy in. Tall boots that I purchased but only had on once as it is hard holding breath and leaning over same time. Slid on. Wow I felt like a million bucks. 1x instead of 3x is a huge miracle!

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
