  21. Bene fiber and Metamucil have different active ingredients. I've been on a fiber supplement daily and it has helped.
  22. I set a timer on my phone to go off every 3 minutes to remind me to take a sip of liquid. Early on this was the only way I could get close to the intake just to stay hydrated.
  23. @@shmeyers, I had one of those on my larger incision and it eventually pushed out the remaining thread and healed up well. It felt a little sore and tender to the touch or when my shirt rubbed it. Unless it's getting heat, oozing, the redness starts spreading or you start running fever I think you're ok.
  24. Ikr?! I gotta get busy trying em all! I can finally start using my ninja
  25. I actually got it off one of the threads on BP. http://www.bariatricpal.com/topic/46651-200-protein-shake-recipes/
  26. Just tried this recipe tonight. ???? it! pumpkin Protein shake This is a wonderfully decadent way to get in your protein! 27. Just today a car parked really close to my car and I was able to squeeze in anyway. Never would have happened before! I would have had to climb through the passenger seat.
  28. Be cautious, the language in your insurance coverage can be very specific. I would definitely ask them and then get it in writing.
