Hey anyone from San Antonio ? How is everyone's journey going ? Surgery went great for me but now I'm feeling so weak ...anyone feel this too ?

I felt weak and shaky feeling inside. I started getting at least 60 grams of protein in and I feel better. I found a trick to get more in. I use 4 oz of almond milk instead of 8 oz. Ispure is the best I have found. It has 60 grams per two scoops.
