  6. My husband drinks regular soda and doesn't bother him. He eats fried food, chips and his stomach hurts all the time. I had the surgery also and do what my doctor tells me. He hasn't lost all his weight I lost 150 lbs, that is more than expected to lose. Went from 294-140 5'8 and eat right. I enjoy the bad stuff every now and then but maybe once a week and that consist of a twix or a scoop of. Ice cream. It effects people different ways. It's your choice. Your body. Your grown!   10. Riding rides at an amusement park with my kids.
  11. Weighed this morning 3 weeks post op 30 lbs down!!!! Started some soft foods last night. Tilapia was so yummy. Only able to eat barley half of a small piece but enjoyed every bite. Still having side pain but sucking it up!! Feeling great. Love hearing people say "I am melting away".

  14. I am on my third week also trying watch fat and calories. I'm trying to eat high protein
  15. I also sit at a computer all day. Just make sure you get up more often.
  16. Layknee yes I had the chest pressure first week. I had a hernia repair and think that is why. But it went away.
