  3. I am from Maryland. In Virginia now. I am 3 yrs out. If I can help you let me know. You are going to love the new you!!
  4. I am 3 years post op. Have lost 125 lbs. and maintaining. I've only gotten sick once on over eating. But water kills me. I drink like a gallon a day, some days no problem, others I will get sever pain, can't breathe and mouth will start watering heavily like I'm going to throw up. And sometimes I do. The whole process takes about 15 minutes of pure torture. After the pain subsides or I do throw up I can go on with my day. It doesn't matter if I take little sips or gulp, results same. Has this happened to anyone else?
  5. I am 3 years out and my dr. Told me I could have a couple of sips. He said don't drink a whole glass of water but little sips so I don't feel like I am chocking. It works for me.

  7. I am almost (next month) 3 years out and I have 2 a day still. For my snack at work I put it in the freezer and let it get almost frozen. It is like eating ice cream. I love it !!!
  8. I was 55 when I had my surgery. Am 58 now. Started at 265, am 142 this morning. Been one of the best decisions I ever made. Did it for me but wanted to do a lot more with hubby. Then he died on me in May of last year. So life has been kinda screwed up.. A lot of things you can't control, but eating is one thing I can. So that helps me stay sane.
  9. And you kinda have to remember to take care of yourself, because if you don't you might not be around to take care of others.

  17. I am 2 and 1/2 yrs out. Down 126 and maintaining. I can have half a margarita and then can't eat because I am so full and drunk. My husband usta say I was a cheap date. Don't like lobster and one drink got me drunk. Well now it's a half of a drink and no food. It doesn't last very long, but I can feel it. Make sure you are home the first time you try it.

  19. You can eat around it. If you were to eat high fat things like every 2 hrs. The calories do add up. Something you don't wanna do.
  20. I' ve lost 100 percent of my weight. Started at 265' this morning I weighed 143. I am 2 years out and not having any problems with anything. You can loose as much as you want too. Just follow the plan and you will get where you wanna be. You can do this.
