I don't understand how that is possible after gastric bypass? I can understand if you don't excercise ect.. Gain some but gain all back? Sorry not being rude just don't understand. Like even 2 years put you can only have 5 chocked wings as to before you could have 3 burgers fries and dessert that doesn't come even nearly as close to what you could do before?

Your new stomach can and will stretch. It will not stay the size it is immediately after surgery forever. The same problems that made people obese before surgery can and will make them obese after surgery.

You can eat around it. If you were to eat high fat things like every 2 hrs. The calories do add up. Something you don't wanna do.
