Rebecca, my doctor is Ismael Cabrera at the Mi Doctor Hospital. A friend of mine recently had surgery with him, and she raves about how wonderful he is!

I'm scheduled for January 13 in Mexico, the sleeve. Am starting to wean myself into the Pre-op. Smoothie for breakfast, water!! Bmi 55, 60 years young. So excited to be doing this. Healthy me here I come!!!

Yes I do and it starts the day BEFORE Thanksgiving! Uggghh lol I was thinking that would be my last hoorah, but it's A-OK with me. I'm ready to start the journey: )
