I just bought a Garmin Vivofit at the encouragement of a fellow Sleever. I was sleeved 9/16 and definitely need to move more.

I'm not know for being really active, hence the surgery ... Lol

But I'm ready and looking for fellow sleevers that are already moving or would like to start and join me. All are welcomed. Any recommendations and suggestions also welcomed????

Thanks I'm doing okay trying to get enough protein in and liquids. It's harder then I thought it would be but I've lost 10 already so I'm excited about that!!

That name is fine with me!

I struggled the 1st 2-3 weeks with Water n Protein. I still have to watch my water intake 6 weeks in, and I was a huge water drinker pre sleeve!
