I made it! ????☺️☺️☺️ Few things I need help with

So this is my 3rd day sleeved, no pain but the gas is unbarable. I can't take a sip of water or a little spoon of applesauce without having the pressure of the burps. Is there anyone that has experienced that? What can I do. I walk around my house all day but I'm mostly tired so I lay on my back in bed. But the burps/gas is horrible ???? HELP?!

@ Not yet, I start on the 17th...just got a call from Dr.'s office and everything is approved and ready to go...I thought I would have a $2,000.00 deductible that was making me a bit nervous making sure I had it..but it turned out to be only $316.00 which really made my day. :D

Seriously started my pre-op diet today. Had 2 Protein shakes, grilled salmon, steamed broccoli and raw snow peas. I CAN DO THIS! I am traveling for work this week and went out to eat. I was very specific about my food. The waitress saw that I was reading about sleeves and said she had a sleeve in June and has lost 74 pounds already. She showed me pictures of "before." Said she would do it again in a heartbeat AND she made sure they prepared my food w/o all the extra junk. :-)

Great news about your deductible!
