212.0. Only a few ounces this week but I know why. I fell down the basement steps last week and sprained my knee cutting my 5 X a week walking down to zero. Plus I ate some pie maybe a 1/4 cup & some baked chips & had problems getting in my Protein in. I guess the holiday penchant for over eating finally got me. So I did it to myself - thankful that my sleeve keeps me from going full throttle like back in them day. Getting my head straight & starting back to walking now. Hoping this last week will give me a few more pounds loss.

Embarrassed to post but i gained 155, ugh, lots of holiday snacking, my own fault, I'm certainly NOT going to make goal by the first, but Ima keep on trying, starting by stopping all the silly binging on snacks! Hope all had a merry Christmas!!

I was very very bad over Christmas. I'm sad to say my weight this week is 140, which is +1 from last week. Now I'm left with 1 week to go and 5 pounds to lose! Yikes!

160.1 this week. Down 1.9 pounds from last week. I laid off the Christmas Cookies but sure had my fill of other holiday tasty treats and still lost! No way I will meet my goal of 156 by next Friday but I will be thrilled to get to the 150's by the new year!

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
