My Fitness Pal help

Hello my surgery is November 3rd and I am trying to get in the habit of logging my food, hydration and Vitamins daily before my surgery. If you use My Fitness Pal I would be interested in how you organized your page. I know you can customize up to 6 "meals" a day. How do you label them? I put Breakfast, H20/vitamins, lunch, H20/vitamins, dinner, h20/Vitamins. If you have labeled it a different way that has worked for you let me know. Do you use it with another weight loss tool like a bodybugg or fitbit ect. I have a bodybugg but they wont let you go below 1500 calories a day. If you have any other tips or info on My Fitness Pal I am a newbie so anything will help!
