I have to pay more than quoted!

I am scheduled for surgery on the 28th but get a call a few days ago from the surgeons office saying I have to pay $1400 more than what I was told. What do I do? I don't know how i am gonna do this I. Such a short time frame??? Any advice?

    Since it was their error, maybe they you can ask for a monthly payment schedule for the 14 hundred. That's a lot of money.
