Hello everyone it's been awhile. We'll I started at 246 the day of surgery I was 236. Now at 9 weeks out I'm 208 but haven't lost anything for two weeks. Anyone having the same problem. Please help.

You it's totally normal! I had my operation in June 23rd and after the 2nd week you hit a wall. Then you lose again. I lost 20 lbs the first 2 weeks then didn't lost anything until the 4tj week. Then I dropped 10 lbs you are fine. I am down 74 lbs since June 23rd. Your going to hit walls periodically. Just stay focused and determined and you will be just fine ! ) congrats so far and keep it up!!

Btw I haven't lost anything in 3 weeks but I'm not giving up

Thank you for replying. That makes me feel better. I just have to be patient I guess. I think I'm in a rush with loosing weight. I know the saying it quicker to gain it then loose it.
