  1. Once a week like ice cream a piece of steak with mash potato or gluten free chips or a cookie. I do drink a lot of water during the week but the weekend I lack.
  2. Yes I am logging my food I have fitness pal. So in the morning I have my protein shake then for snack a yo plait yogurt then for lunch today I had chili then for diner had a salad And grilled chicken thigh. Let's see if I can show yull a picture of today's intake of food
  3. So my bw:246 cow:179 gw: 150. So I feel I'm eating to much I don't know if this is normal I don't go see my doctor until may 13. I'm driving myself crazy taking pictures to show my doc on how much I'm eating. It's been I think two months that I haven't lost anything the scale goes up and down from 174 to 169 then 170. Please someone please help me explain why this is happening. I know there is a stop of wonderland that you stop loosing every week. Have I reached it already. Plus I eat right yea there sometimes I have a cheat meal and work out three times a week. Please someone let me know.
  4. Hello my name is Jessica I am 37 years old with two kids (14-11). I had my vsg on August 5. So I'm 5 months post-op. And I have encounter another stale. Don't know what I'm doing wrong. I don't see my doctors until February. Was wondering what are people eating at this stage or who ever has pass this stage and has went through a stale. I also would love a buddy cause my family and friends don't always understand what im going through and what I see in the mirror. Thank you.
  5. Thank you for replying. That makes me feel better. I just have to be patient I guess. I think I'm in a rush with loosing weight. I know the saying it quicker to gain it then loose it.
  6. Hello everyone it's been awhile. We'll I started at 246 the day of surgery I was 236. Now at 9 weeks out I'm 208 but haven't lost anything for two weeks. Anyone having the same problem. Please help.

  8. Yea I do feel that I don't get enough water I try. But it's very hard. So sunflower what stage of eating are you on. Some suggestions cause I'm kind of bored what I'm eating.
  9. Going on to 4 weeks on Tuesday. But lately I've been getting dizzy. Is that normal? If any one can answer this ? It would be helpful.

  11. I need help. I need ideas with puréed foods. Right now what I'm eating is Greek yogurt, broth soups, jello, and I just added soft eggs. Does anyone have any suggestions for me. Does anyone one also have website I can ideas or a book I can buy or download.

  17. Finally today I'm feeling better. Wow did not except on how much pain I was going to be in. And also the nausea was horribly. This was worse then my three c-sections I've had. The doctor also said I had a hernia on my diaphragm that she also removed. But taking my liquids in every 20 min when I'm up. Can't wait for my stomach to go back to regular it's still swollen I swear I still have air. Well hopefully everyone one that had surgery the same day as me is doing good. And good luck to all further sleeves.
