Question for those on maintenance?

I have a long way to go until I get to this phase but I am looking to the future. What do you eat and what are your nutritionists recommendations for this phase?

I don't remember my nut going over maintenance and I'm curious to know what life will be like for me in a year.

Thanks :)

I will be one year post-op next Tuesday. I eat nuts, fruit, soups, yougurts, protien shakes. I am still afraid to try new foods. I tend to eat the same 15 things. I still weigh my food out on a scale. I did find out through experimentation that I can tolerate sugar, but cannot tolerate fatty foods. So my new challenge has begun. Good luck.
