Well guys I exercise at the gym 2 hours. 4 days a week. I also hike for 1 hour and 20 mins 4 days a week. I eat 2 or 3 times a day but small meals. I'm not going lie but I have eaten a slice of pizza here and there .. I'm addicted to quesadillas and passion tea from Starbucks. And jamba juice. Hehe. . My protein I drank muscle milk. And I do take my vitamins. I am loosing my hair though. . Thanks guys

My weight was 326. I'm 202.

Ohhh... I love the passion fruit tea. If you go to Walmart and buy Tazo passion tea they sell the iced tea bags in a box. I put 2 bags in a pot and leave on stove for about an hour then I put in gallon pitcher with 1.5 cups splenda. It's awesome and tastes just like starbucks. If you cant find the iced tea bags get the regular ones but use 4or5 for a gallon

Good job on the weight loss you look great. I love muscle milk it reminds me of the chocolate milk i used to drink during my school days lol
