Lots of pain!

I am currently a week out after my surgery. While my drain was still in I noticed my chest was very sensitive to the touch. I figured it was from the drain, but I had the drain removed yesterday and now my back hurts every time I take a deep breath in. Anyone else have this? I'm also running a fever of 100.7+
