help! I'm new

I had my vsg in July. I'm starting to eat better. But I can't shop for groceries(the right way) for the life of me. Anyone have a meal plan or a small grocery list they would like to share. I'm just like a lost puppy when it comes to this. I've lost 40lbs since I started my liver reduction diet. And 25 since my surgery on the 14th of july.. I'm stuck.

When I was where you are. I shopped for high Protein content and less sodium and sugars. Calories were secondary because I could not eat much just like you. I was nervous myself too. Just remember protein is number one. K :)

Her whole blog is great but here's an extensive list of "pantry essentials" (and they link to recipes she uses them in) that you could make a list from.
