36 weeks pregnant with band

Hello everyone. I am 36 weeks pregnant. 3 years post op. I have gained 18 lbs. band is a 10cc and I have 4.5 ccs in it. I have never had an unfill. I'm curious. Did any of you breastfeed with the band. Was it hard to maintain weight after ?
