Afraid of failing

This has been the hardest week so far. I was sleeved 6-26-14 am down 32 lbs and at a stall. I know stalls are to be expected. I am more afraid that now I am eating solid foods that I am causing the stall & possible weight gain in the future. I eat the right foods but the last 2 days I ate a bigger portion at dinner time. I a one who used to eat the majority of food/calories at right. I am terrified I will get back into that habit. I was so hopeful until ow that I could control my new way of eating but not so confident now. Help!

Don't worry and stick with it!! I weigh almost every day because it brings me joy. Some days I lose nothing others 2-3 lbs.a couple of days I've been up 4-5 lbs only to drop like a rock the next day. As long as you're paying attention to your habits, you will be successful!! This journey we're on is wonderful. Every day you are re - creating yourself. Enjoy!

Congrats on your weight loss thus far! Keep your head up and the stall will pass.

Stay strong! I was afraid of failing too. After all, I had failed at every other weight loss attempt my entire adult life. But, I am telling you...you can do this!

Take this time to retrain yourself. Follow the sleeve rules with Protein first. Learn mindful eating in moderation. Find some kind of exercise you enjoy too.

Before you know it, you will be a year down the road! You have a whole new life ahead of you.

Good luck!
