Anybody have face work in Costa Rica

I am very happy with my results going to Mexico for body work, but i have a friend who wants to do a facelift and simply refuses to consider any Mexican surgeons. He likes Costa Rica though - wondering if anybody has suggestions on good surgeons with lots of good success stories there?! Facework, i worry so much about numbness, great results etc - even more concerning than body work in my opinion.
