Right rib and shoulder gas pain

I am 6 days post opt and the gas pains in my right rib cage and right shoulder are killing me. I can't breath deep or barely move. I am walking, walking, walking but it doesn't seem to be helping. Anyone have some cures or ideas to make me feel better??? Please????

Try a heat pack or a warm towel and put it on the area that is hurting. That may help relieve some of the gas pain. If you haven't tried already - also take some Gas-X. If you are still in a lot of pain - contact your surgeon. Don't ever be afraid to call your doctor if you are in pain or if something doesn't feel right!

Hope you get some relief soon!!

Walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk............. it's the ONLY thing that will really help you... walk often.
