BariMelts Vitamins

Hi eveyone,

Do you have an opinion about the BariMelts Vitamins? I see on their website they have a great offer: one of each BariMelts® formulation – Multivitamin, Calcium (Citrate), B-12 Plus, Iron + Vitamin C all for $39.99. That's about what I paid from another bariatric site just for the mulitvitamins.

    I bought the Barimelts.. all I can say is that I made the mistake ( sadly more than once ) of taking on an empty stomach...the most HORRIBLE nausea & dry heaves... I can only take with food.. usually i will crush it & mix with my cottage cheese or yogurt.

    Live & learn the ins & out of my new sleeve... :P

    I know this is like 4 years later, but I'm having the same issues with the Barimelts! Does taking them right after a meal help?
