preop body aches/pains?

Did you have any aches or pains during your preop, or after even? My husband has had muscle pain across his chest and upper arm (no, is not a problem with his heart) and my left shoulder joint hurts for the last couple of days. Weird

Pre-op...probably "anticipation" stress, just muscles tense.

Post-op (up to 2 weeks @ most)...probably from the gas they use to do the laparoscopic procedure...to get the instruments in/out, visualize the surgery site. It is the one that usually seems to be in the "heart attack" region (so to speak). It reabsorbs fairly quickly, so if it isn't gone b 2 weeks post-op, I'd call your surgeon just to be sure.

Best Wishes on your journey!!
