i have my seminar coming up with dr.neff in cherry hill i have have horizon nj health can anyone tell me how long it'll take the process anything helps. what will get me approved what to expect with dr.neff. Thanks!

My insurance is Blue Cross/ Blue Shield Horizon NJ, it took me 2 months to get approval. They tell you they have 30 business days to process your request. After the 30 business days, I had to call repeatedly to get them to come to a decision. I called them almost every day for a week before finally getting approved.

I am now scheduled for surgery on July 29,2014. I hope this information helps you.
