New here! Surgery is going to be October!

Hello! My name is Kim I just turned 30 and I am having the Gastric bypass in October. I am on insulin and have a long list of health issues and need this tool to help me get the weight off quicker. I started at 530lbs Nov 2012 I'm down to 436lbs but I have 290lbs left to lose according to my doctor. I wanted to introduce myself and can't wait to meet many more people that are on this journey as well!! Hope you all have a great day!
