Kahala 18, I totally understand. I too will have the surgery after 1 yr wait. I live in Sweden and summer time they only do emergency operations :-\

With in 3 months I'll be having revision from vertical gastric band to rny gastric bypass. I'm so excited. :-D

Anyone eat baby food?

I have an acquaintance who had a bypass 5yrs ago. He said he eats all the time even gets up in the night to eat. Does anyone else have this experience? I'm confused. :-\

I'm really enjoying your videos. Is your momma allergic to the other proteins? Or was she having a specific reaction. I ask because I now have a vertical gastric band but am getting a rny revision.

Lisa i feel the same about keeping the band a little secret since now I'll be getting a bypass. When I say I've been banded people look at me like what happened you're huge? :-/ anyway such is life looking forward to getting bypassed don't know when though. Much luck to all

Try crystal light or something like that. It makes it more fun. Our sometimes I tell myself after I have drank 1 bottle of water then I can have crystal light. Then that's atleast 2 bottles of liquid :-)

My name is Jennifer I have a vertical gastric band none adjustable. I had the operation in 2001 in Sweden. I lost maybe 50 lbs got pregnant gained all plus some. I then was diagnosed with a condition called lipodema, it is a lymph condition that affects from the waist down to ankles. I am now back to my pre banding weight and waiting for a revision to a bypass. I'm from Seattle and live in Sweden since 1999. Sorry this post is all over the place. I'm just wondering if anyone else is in Sweden.

The young ones in our area actually set the car on fire. :-( Not ours but it's the trend here, they think it's gangs going back and forth between each other.
